Why Republicans and Democrats are both no good for this country.

Lets go back to November 8, 2016. America was ready to celebrate the first female President of the United States. The night started like this was going to be a beat down. By about 1 am in the morning, America and the world knew that Donald Trump was President of the United States. It was a good day for some and a horrible nightmare for others. How could the opposite, non traditional candidate win this election. He did because the forgotten voted for him.

What we learned from this is never judge a book by its cover. You never know the outcome of how things can shake out. As we fast forward to August 2017, we see a United States thats more divided than ever. You have a rogue leader running America like one of his failed businesses and you have another party that all they do is scream Russia, Russia, Russia. The republican party has lost their core values and currently have no identity. They brag about helping the poor when in reality their policies that have been passed only help the rich. For example, allowing businesses to convert overtime to PTO hours (yes that passed). Their failed healthcare plan that really only benefited young adults as old as 26 and a family of four with a median household income of $75,000 or more. If you fall outside those categories you were going to be screwed out your behind. Yes you would have options but they would all be expensive. Plus employers would just default their company plans to base plans and let their employees pay out of pocket for more premium benefits. The democrats instead of coming up with a plan just stood idle and put up this wall of resistance that they won’t cooperate with any republican agenda.

What we see is that the political parties in power need to me moved out and a new party needs to move in. Currently none of the parties have our best interest at heart. Please share your thoughts on what you think about the 2 parties.
